1.7. AI-Powered Support Cases - Automated customer support interactions facilitated by AI, addressing common queries, reducing response times, and ensuring continuous customer engagement.
1.8. Live Support Cases - Direct human assistance provided to users by Shoporia's support team for resolving complex queries that require personalized attention.
1.9. Live Chat - Real-time text-based communication interface enabling instant interactions between customers and the Shoporia platform or human agents, providing immediate support.

1.14. Operator Seats - Defined user roles and permissions enabling company personnel to interact with the platform, manage customer interactions, and utilize Shoporia's AI capabilities.
2.1. These Terms and Conditions establish the legal framework between Shoporia and Users, outlining the obligations, rights, and responsibilities for utilizing Shoporia's platform and services.
2.2. By agreeing to these Terms, Users explicitly consent to Shoporia's collection, processing, and utilization of personal and transactional data in accordance with Shoporia's Privacy Policy.
2.3. Users acknowledge and accept that while using Shoporia, promotional materials and advertising content may occasionally be displayed; users retain the option to opt-out from receiving non-essential communications.
2.4. Users agree and authorize Shoporia to leverage submitted data, including interaction analytics and transactional information, for enhancing the functionality, efficiency, and accuracy of AI-powered recommendations and support services.

4.4. Users gain access to real-time Live Chat capabilities, facilitating immediate customer service and direct communication through intuitive chat interfaces.
4.5. Shoporia's platform includes integrated Video and Voice Meeting tools, allowing businesses to host interactive virtual meetings and consultations with their customers or team members.
4.6. Meeting Recording and Transcript features automatically record and transcribe virtual interactions, ensuring critical business discussions are accurately captured and easily reviewed.

5.4. The Growth plan offers a full suite of premium features, including unlimited operator seats, AI-driven optimizations, advanced integrations, and priority support, tailored specifically for larger enterprises or businesses seeking maximum growth.
5.5. Payment for subscription services is securely handled by Shoporia's Financial Partners, Stripe and PayPal, ensuring seamless, safe, and compliant financial transactions.
5.6. Subscription fees are clearly detailed at the point of purchase, with billing cycles occurring monthly or annually, depending on user preference selected during the subscription process.
5.7. Users can manage their subscription status, including upgrading, downgrading, or canceling their chosen plan, via their account settings at any time without penalty.
5.8. Shoporia may periodically offer promotional discounts or incentives, subject to terms and conditions clearly outlined during each specific promotion.
5.9. Users acknowledge responsibility for ensuring their payment methods remain valid and sufficiently funded to avoid interruption of services due to failed or declined transactions.
5.10. Shoporia reserves the right to modify subscription pricing or available features, providing users with timely notification through email or announcements posted prominently on the Shoporia website.
5.11. Users have the right to request refunds in specific circumstances, detailed in the refund policy outlined within these Terms, subject to eligibility criteria and administrative review.
5.12. All transactions conducted via Shoporia's Financial Partners are subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by Stripe and PayPal, and users agree to adhere to these external payment processors' policies.
5.13. Shoporia assumes no liability for payment-related disputes or issues arising directly from transactions processed by third-party Financial Partners, but will assist in facilitating resolutions when necessary.
6.1. Users may request refunds within 14 calendar days from the date of subscription purchase, provided the services have not been substantially utilized.
6.2. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@shoporia.ai, clearly outlining the reasons for the refund request.
6.3. Refund eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of Shoporia, based on service usage, time elapsed, and the nature of the refund request.
6.4. Subscription cancellations take effect immediately upon request, and access to premium features will remain available until the end of the current billing cycle.
6.5. Shoporia reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected misuse or violations of these Terms.
7.1. Users acknowledge that Shoporia employs advanced AI algorithms designed to improve customer engagement and sales efficiency but does not guarantee perfect outcomes in every interaction.
7.2. Users must independently review and verify recommendations or advice provided by Shoporia's AI before acting upon them, especially when making significant business decisions.

13.3. If disputes cannot be resolved through negotiations within 30 days, they shall be subject to resolution by the appropriate courts located in the jurisdiction where Shoporia.ai is registered and operates.
13.4. Users irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of these courts and waive any objections to such jurisdiction and venue.
